What is Discover IQOS?

Discover IQOS is an interactive multimedia experience available both on mobile and on touch-screen kiosk, in the Duty-Free shop, for LAC to Discover IQOS. It allows LAC to explore bite sized videos and interactive content to learn more about switching to IQOS. A consumers journey is tailored according to their existing understanding of IQOS, meaning that they are lead directly to the content which is most relevant to their needs. The kiosk acts as a portal to IQOS educational videos and interactive content that can be viewed independently, or even alongside a member of the IQOS staff as a guided education tool.

Creating a Discover IQOS CMS.

Start by pressing the Tools icon in the toolbar and select Discover IQOS CMS Tool.

Create a Discover IQOS experience for a new location by filling out the from below. Users can also review deployed versions and make necessary changes or continue editing a saved draft version.

Users will be presented with an editable version of Discover IQOS. Use the drop down menu or thumbnails to quick move to each of the different pages within the experience. When ready save and preview the experience before sending for approval.

Users must set an age verification limit based on market's legal requirements. Also, additional languages can be added to the experience if necessary.

Once the kiosk version of the experience has been edited users must review the mobile version of the experience.

Editing a Content Playlist.

First select the Content viewer page from the drop down menu and then navigate to the home playlist, highlighted on the right hand side of the experience.

Once selected, a pop-up will appear allowing you to edit the video playlists from each of the consumer journeys (LAS, LAS Aware and LAU).

🧙🏻‍♂️ Quick Tips: Each thumbnail links to a different video from the DAM, use the right hand side to edit key details per video. Also, change the order of content in the playlist by clicking and dragging thumbnails up and down on the left hand side.
