Physical Locations

Start by pressing the Physical Locations icon in the side toolbar. Here users can browse all of the PMI Duty Free Retail sites.

Users can refine their search by utilising the filters, search bar or by using the map. Click the icon, within the top toolbar, to view the map showing all locations within PMI's global Duty-Free estate.

🧙🏻‍♂️ Quick Tips: Items are categorised as the following (see image below). Locations - A location within a city/market such as an airport of ferry. Touchpoints - Specific retail space within a location such as a shop or concession. Retail Formats - Gondola, Wallbay etc. Communication Elements - Digital signage, printed communications etc.

Use the + icon within the top toolbar to create a new location. When creating a new location be sure to include as much detail as possible, in order to search for it quickly when necessary.

Within every location there can be multiple touchpoints.

When you click a touchpoint you will be able to view more information regarding that specific retail space.
